Hi, my name is Tatyana
I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and psychotherapist based in Los Angeles providing therapy to adults in the state of California. I specialize in the treatment of eating disorders, trauma, anxiety, relationship issues, and more. With over nine years of clinical experience, I’ve had the privilege of working in community mental health, medical pediatric care, eating disorder treatment, and private practice. Each experience has shaped my approach to healing and deepened my understanding of the therapy process.
My therapeutic approach is rooted in kindness, curiosity, and understanding. I offer a warm, compassionate, and non-judgmental space for you to openly express yourself, whether that’s using dark humor, sitting awkwardly, or crying when you don’t even know why. I believe in challenging my clients to step within themselves, outside of themselves, and examine the situation from multiple angles, so that they don’t end up in the same place over and over again.
Together, we’ll work to uncover what’s keeping you stuck and what can move you forward. I will be your biggest cheerleader to try to make you feel like you can do anything. My goal is for you to experience acceptance, connectedness, relief, wholeness, joy, and success in whatever way you define it.
If you’re ready to start or just want to learn more about how I can support you, feel free to reach out to schedule a complimentary consultation. We can explore whether working together is the right fit for you.
“The privilege of a lifetime is to become who you truly are.”
